These online animated ads were featured in October and November of 2009 on the website of the NBC television show “The Office”. They were created for the official Flu Awareness month and my idea was to show flu germs as “alien invaders” in a science fiction/video game context. The animated germs rolled and rotated around the background of the ads and were quite eye-catching in the context of the web page as a whole. The ads were very well-received and the click-through traffic and entry numbers far exceeded client expectations.
